Weekly Wrap-up, October 1st-5th
Another week down – the first in October. When I looked at the calendar to mark the dates for this blog post, I had to ask myself, where has this year gone? I’m not sure about anyone else, but the past ten months have flown by and looking ahead to the end of the year I have a feeling that we’ll be celebrating 2013 before we know it.
Before I get too ahead of myself, these past five days have been spent in-and-around our hometown of Philadelphia. Chris and I have been shooting, scouting, and planning for upcoming meetings, assignments, and personal projects. We’re only a week into October but the month is already starting to get crazy. Keep reading to see what we’ve been up to for the past few days…
And with any shoot on a white seamless comes a ridiculous test shot, this time thanks to our assistant David Ohl – Sorry Dave, I had to.
Aside from shooting, we spent this week fairly local, working in the studio and around the Philadelphia area.
This included an early-morning scout into the pine barrens of New Jersey where we might have just found the perfect location for our next personal promo shoot. I don’t want to give too much away, but you might just be seeing these boats again soon.
And we made sure to take advantage of this week working locally to make some new prints and spend some time updating the portfolios and promos in anticipation of some meetings later this month.
As far as what you may have missed this week on the internet:
Last but not least…
If you were wondering, our studio couch is a great place to catch up on your ZZZ’s.
